Ngofeen Mputubwele

Ngofeen Mputubwele (he/him) is a producer at the New Yorker Radio Hour and the host of the Duolingo French Podcast. Previously, he worked at Gimlet Media and at Stitcher’s The Sporkful. He reports on culture, language, and food with an eye toward international issues and the black diaspora. Ngofeen's work has been featured on The New York Times' 10 Best Podcasts of 2021, The Atlantic's The 50 Best Podcasts of 2018 and 2019 lists, and nominated for a James Beard award.
