Liza Yeager

Liza Yeager is an audio producer and reporter based in New York City. As a speaker at the 2019 Late Night Provocations, Liza shared allegorical tales about emerging producers seeking space for their own creative voices while stuck in audio purgatory.

She's currently working at NPR's Planet Money . Before that, she did production at Invisibilia, and before that, she was the assistant editor for Jad Abumrad's Unerased. Her work has also aired on 99 Percent Invisible and WNYC's Nancy. Recently, Liza has been making stories about thrushes, queerness, chatbots, unconditional love, and the Texas Rangers. She learned to make radio by producing stories with her friends, as the co-founder of the audio storytelling collective Now Here This.
