Kia Miakka Natisse

Kia Miakka Natisse (@miakka_natisse) is an artist interested in identity and the narrative form.

She experiments with narrative forms and modes to construct both linear and non-linear narratives about the self. Kia holds a B.A. in journalism from Howard University, and a M.A. in transmedia storytelling from New York University. She also runs an experimental publishing company called Group Project. A native of Buffalo, N.Y., Kia Miakka Natisse currently lives and works in Chicago.
