Jennifer White

Jennifer White is the host of WBEZ’s Making podcast series, including Making Oprah and now, Making Obam a, that launched this February.

She was previously local host of All Things Considered and community outreach manager at NPR member station Michigan Radio. Jenn has served as Executive Producer and host of the television program, Out of the Blue: The Michigan Difference , on the Big Ten Network. She was also the host of the nationally distributed public radio documentary Finding Our Bootstraps: Americans Deal With Recession . She has moderated several political forums, including gubernatorial and mayoral debates for both public radio and television. A native of Detroit and graduate of the University of Michigan, she has worked in public media since 1999.
