Jen Ng
Jen Ng (@funfetti_party) is a user experience and visual designer for digital products and experiences. As a Visual Doctor at the 2019 Third Coast Conference, Jen will meet one-on-one with producers to treat their visual ailments.
In between her work, Jen focuses on social justice projects rooted in LGBTQ topics, youth empowerment and women’s advocacy, including the non-profit The Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls and the podcast The Heart. Her ongoing work explores listeners' relationships with audio content to help her design intuitive and branded touchpoints for sound mediums — making audio brands look and feel the way they sound.
Her latest project is in collaboration with Future Projects Media, designing a site-specific audio news app that combines geolocation and mindfulness exercises to disrupt the way audio news stories are told and experienced.
