Flawn Williams
Flawn Williams spent three decades as an audio engineer, producer and trainer for NPR, including many “Radio Expeditions” episodes.
Since then he’s gone independent, producing and recording for many public radio entities, Slate.com’s Panoply podcasts, many Katie Davis projects, and Alex Chadwick’s series for Birdnote, as well as capturing and mixing complex concert recordings in several genres. He teaches audio feature journalism production and music recording classes for Georgetown University’s Department of Performing Arts. Flawn is based in Hyattsville, MD.
