Denise Ball

Denise Ball has spent over two decades working with some of the world's finest musicians and broadcasters.

Recipient of the 2008 Vancouver Mayor's Arts Award for Music, she has produced Grammy and Juno Award-winning recordings for CBC Records as well a series of outstanding radio programs focused on classical music. Ball was the creative director of the CBC Radio Orchestra from 2001 until 2008. Since then, she has overseen classical music programming for CBC Radio 2 as Executive Producer of Saturday Afternoon at the Opera and In Concert.
