David Krasnow
Brooklyn native David Krasnow got his start in radio at age 17 on WESU, where he played indie rock, free jazz, and North Texas conjunto.
As a print editor and writer, he covered music, design, American history, land use, and health care, before joining Studio 360 with Kurt Andersen. He was the senior editor there for many years, and directed the Peabody Award-winning series “American Icons.” David currently oversees The New Yorker Radio Hour for WNYC.
