Finally! A way to listen to radio stories in languages you don't-necessarily-speak.
This week we're pointing you to a brand new project from radio producer/curator Eleanor McDowall. Radio Atlas is a website that features thoughtfully subtitled audio from around the word. It's the kind of thing we've been hoping for for a long time.
This month's offerings include stories of favorite t-shirts lost, writers wielding guns, and teens at summer camp from Italy, Belgium, and Denmark. You can dive in here.
Eleanor spoke to us about her hopes for the site and the future of boundary-crossing radio in our behind-the-scenes interview.
