Annie Gilbertson is a public radio reporter at the CPB consortium Southern Education Desk. Her work has been heard on NPR, Chicago Public Radio and stations across the South including her home station, Mississippi Public Broadcasting.
Lauren Coiffi is a farmer and a filmmaker who moved to Mississippi to join Food Crop - a national organization working to increase food security. She's helped make documentaries in South Africa and Los Angles, and when she isn't in her garden, she enjoys documenting Southern food communities.
