This hour: Facing fears in faraway lands.

My Fear of Poland
by Natalie Kestecher, edited by Steven Tilley (360 Documentaries, ABC, 2010)
Almost all of Natalie Kestecher's anscestors on her father's side were killed in Poland during the Holocaust. For Natalie, Australia was home and Poland was not only a world away, but a land of many ghosts - and, she feared, continued anti-semitism. Natalie was always afraid of visiting Poland, but, with recorder in hand and pluck in heart, she did finally travel there and came back with this story of her physical, spiritual, and emotional journey.
