TLDR on the Audio Doctor Summer Session Sign-Up Form
Click the drop-down arrows below to learn more about each bullet point.
1: The Summer Session sign-up form is currently open.
- The sign-up form should take no more than 20 minutes to fill out. Each question will help Third Coast get to know you, your work, and your availability in order to best match you with an Audio Doctor. The form also features a “gallery” of all of the currently available Summer Session Audio Doctors where you can read about their distinct specialties before listing up to 4 makers you’d prefer to meet with. After you submit the form, you’ll hear back from Third Coast by the end of August.
2: We welcome anyone, at any stage or experience level in audio, to request an Audio Doctor appointment.
- We encourage you to think about the project you’d like feedback on, and consider what kind of feedback would be most helpful for your project right now? Is it: Playing clips and getting feedback? Talking through a structural problem in your script? Asking for any inspiration for other stories that cover a similar topic? There’s no wrong answer here, but it can help to be as precise as possible coming into the conversation to get the most out of your 30 minutes with your paired Audio Doctor.
(Please note: We encourage you to bring materials to share with your Audio Doctor during the appointment, but we cannot guarantee that Audio Doctors can review any tape or materials ahead of your session beyond the description of the project you give us when you sign up with our form.)
