Chris Savell and Justin Perleoni met back in '94 when they became neighbors. Now that they no longer live in the same city, it takes a few extra steps for these two to work together. Chris pestered Justin relentlessly until he agreed to drive the nine hours to get together for a weekend and come up with a fun story for the 2012 ShortDocs Challenge.
