Story

Each week on Wireless Nights, pop star Jarvis Cocker prowls the dark, finding stories of the night people.

In Overnight Delivery, Cocker boards the red-eye, taking a transatlantic flight of the imagination, and peering down at the human dramas beneath as the world slowly rotates.

Wireless Nights: Overnight Delivery won the Best Documentary: Bronze Award in the 2012 Third Coast/Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Competition. The story was produced by Laurence Grissell with Neil McCarthy and Sara Parker for BBC Radio 4.

Comments

Love this one. It's such a naughty and mischievous voice. And unlike the Silver, it has more of rich sonic quality
