Producer
From her early days as a classical violist to her stint in a dance DJ duo, Laine Kaplan Levenson has always been enthusiastic about sound. In New Orleans, she co-founded the all-local, online, news source NOLA Defender, where she worked as music columnist and editor at large. Now, she is exploring the world of freelance audio production. So far, pieces she has collaborated on have aired on local stations WWOZ and WWNO. She likes to play pop songs on the piano.
