David Hovar is a senior at Northwestern University, studying journalism and political science. Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, David had the opportunity to live and grow along the US-Mexico border, where he developed a great appreciation for people and culture. Although he does not know for certain where he will be after graduating in June, he is pumped for the journey ahead.
