Producer
Jefferson Mok formerly worked for the Heartland Alliance of Chicago as Regional Director of its operations in Burundi, eastern DR-Congo and Rwanda. Based in Burundi since 2008, he has helped implement and manage projects on humanitarian assistance and rights protection. He received his B.A. from Grinnell College in Iowa in the U.S., where he studied Philosophy and French. Jefferson will attend Columbia University for the next two years to study Journalism and International Affairs. Jefferson is host and producer of Imagine Burundi, an English-language radio show in Bujumbura, East Africa.
