Each year we seek out the best new stories produced around the world for radio and the Internet, through our Third Coast/Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Competition. 

The 2010 TC/RHDF Competition is now closed for entries. Thanks to everyone who submitted work this year. If interested, you can still read all about it.

ShortDocs Challenge

We also give radio fans, musicians and audiophiles of all sorts their own challenge to create a short radio piece based on an intriguing set of rules.

The 2010 ShortDocs Challenge, Book Odds, is no longer accepting submissions. But you can hear all 143 (!) submissions in our Book Odds Repository! And remember, all of them were inspired by titles and samples from one of our favorite bands, The Books.
